did 9394 steps today...downloaded an app. warm up,regular walk,and brisk walk. so I am following that or at least trying to..I put myself in advanced. The beginners was too easy.
Monday is Thansgiving.I went out and bought a 13 lb turkey. Found out protein and no carbs,so I will be eating that next week.
Anxious to get under 200. havent seen that in a long time. Hopefully soon...
91.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks.going to be having winter up here in Quebec Canada. So trying to get In the walking before the wind,snow and ice.

Do you have grippers for your winter boots lamapa515? I bought a pair of Nanospikes through Mec. They'll help with the winter walks.

Trillium I went to the Grand Canyon about 9 years ago and bought the Grippers.. last year i bought a very warm coat..All ready for walking!
