Still holding fairly steady even with a lot of 1800+ days and a few 2200+ days. That fact almost convinced me to head to a fast food place, ANY fast food place, to celebrate and get lunch for the family. However I decided we could have some boxed meals instead. Not all that healthy but not as bad as fast food. Plus it’s something we used to eat often and now I only get like twice a year. Biscuits, potatoes and gravy and very little chicken chunks added in. I’ll have to have a protein shake or make a steak for dinner though. Still a better choice. Also picked up a bunch of candy bars on sale. Kids wanted us to have them right then but I settled for a diet cherry limeade instead. 20 cals beats 250 cals any day lol. All about making better choices again. Odd considering this is exactly where I wanted to be in the long run. Able to once again eat anything I wanted at any time I wanted and maintain. I didn’t plan on the guilt however. Because I know I can make better choices. Therefore I SHOULD make better choices 75% of the time. The other 25% can be whatever. Sports start soon so there will be a lot of fast food, concession snacks, pizza etc because I won’t have time to make a nice healthy meal when we have practice until 4:30, another practice 6-9 or games from 6:30-8:30. It’ll be whatever we can grab after the late practice or game with a snack at the beginning to hold us over. Not like I can sneak in an apple or banana lol. That may have to be my snicker treat on game days. On practice days I can drop her off and come home to cook (half an hour each way) and maybe hubby can pick her up. It’ll be a late dinner still but a healthier one twice a week! If not then I’m just screwed 4-5 days a week lol. Hubs will have to start making low calorie meals on the weekends to make it up!

That is so terrific that your little being can do so well maintaining on more calories! That is just the best! You have worked hard and now get some rewards!!!
