Fasting blood sugar 160; weight 169.8
Plan keto/if/exercise
Spent night with grandkids again. Today is youngest grandchild's 14th birthday. All growing up too fast. Was surprised by glucose this am since I ate only a mozzarella stick between 5pm and 10 am and walked 8 blocks with granddaughter last night. I will never understand diabetes, even after 20 years of it!
77.0 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
