What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Tbsp. Butter

Lunch: Egg Cream Pita Pocket Sandwich and Canned Mackerel Salad “Abura-age” Pocket Sandwich.

Dinner: Salad with Tempeh and Avocado and Oven baked Pork and Shishito Peppers.

To Carol655: Thank you for always. I rarely eat bread on weekdays. My husband took off yesterday so I couldn’t think what I should’ve make lunch for his preference. I made egg salad mixed with sour cream and whipped up by food processor. That was really fluffy like clouds. Have a good weekend!
