Oh my God. I haven't tracked for ages. Covid-19 has me quite depressed with the isolation. I noticed this past week that I was extremely tired. Just couldn't get enough sleep. Then on Monday and Wednesday I took a short 10 minute walk and I thought I would collapse. My back and legs and thighs and arms ached. I immediately made a Drs. appointment for a physical. Then, today I finally decided to pull myself together and get back on track. So, I begin again. Dear God, I pray that I can do this. I am so depressed about this horrific weight gain. But, I am alive and well and given another opportunity to be healthy. I am thankful for that. One more time. One more day at a time. I am so glad that I am able to come back to Fat Secret.
