What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Boiled Egg

Lunch: Salad with Avocado and Tofu with Curry Flavor Mayonnaise and Miso Soup with Nori

Dinner: Shabu Shabu (Tofu, Shirataki, Mung Bean Sprouts, Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Onions, and Beef) and Nuts (no pic)
