What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Tbsp. Butter

Lunch: Shirataki+Little Gem Lettuces sauté with Hot Pepper Flakes

Dinner: Salad with Cottage Cheese and Pecan Nuts and Natto with Flaxseed Meals and Daikon Radish Sprouts and Miso Soup with Nori(no pic)
46 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week

To AzureRaven: Thank you! I try to eat fermented foods at least 1 to 2 kinds per day for my gut health that is connected to immune systems. Natto has so many health benefits, but it is really exotic food especially “smelling”.

To Carol655: Thank you! I think foods are medicinal benefits. However, if you choose wrong foods, they make you sick day by day. Be healthy!
