What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Avocado Ice Cream

Lunch: Canned Soup without Pasta, Vegetables and Brie Cheese(No pic)

Snack: Protein Bar (about 1oz size: no pic)

Dinner: Salad with Chickens, 1/2 Carrot Muffin(no pic) and nuts(no pic)

My husband came back from business trip yesterday. I had a lots of things to do so I couldn’t make decent lunch. I opened canned soup which is prepared for Natural Disaster, but I thought No lunch is also disaster for me. 😝
46.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
