22 hour fast yesterday until dinner, which was around 7:30pm. I guess I'm back on track. 😊💪🏽

Great job! Thanks for your supportive comments. I just feel like collapsing in a heap and crying once in awhile. But I carry on. We got this! Slow and steady, but all we have is time, and taking the right steps keeps us going, and eventually we reach the top of the mountain!!!!
