What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP Coffee

Lunch: Miso Soup with Nori, Koya-Tofu* Open Sandwich (Left: Sour Cream with Hot Pepper, Right: Peanut Butter with Cinnamon Powder)

Dinner: Salad with Canned Mackerel with Lemon Peal, Tempeh, Boiled Egg and Cottage Cheese

To Mychele7: Thank you. I try to make meals with rainbow colors 🌈. I guess blue and violet are missing today. Blue is very difficult, isn’t it?
