still trying to figure out this maintenance thing. this is too low. not healthy.

if you eat healthy and single ingredient foods most of the time they are low in calories

You aren't eating enough and you are underweight. Losing 9+lbs/week, especially at your bought and weight is unhealthy. I'm 51 and 5'9". My measurements calories are around 2300/day - yours would be the same. You can eat 1800/day and stay healthy. Figuring out maintenance can be challenging. N

Maintenance is like everyone says, tricky. I try to stay within my 1200 calories and eat plenty of protein as I work out alot. Limit sweets and "empty" calories and it should be fine.💜
