Party is over. Back on track starting now. My stretched stomach is like...FEED ME! Seriously just woke up and having pseudo hunger pangs. No way I need to eat anything right now. Coffee though for sure!

I'm actually up about 6 pounds. I should definitely be in the 178-179 range. I told David I gained less than I thought and he said- well there's a big jump at first from the sodium but then it slows because it's actual fat probably. :( Oh well. He is probably right. If I can be back to 182 tomorrow and maybe I can get back to the 170's by the middle of the month. I don't care to guesstimate. I suck at that.

I estimated my calories. I'd love to know what they actually were. Tried to go high but some stuff was so freaking good there is no way to really know.

I was still feeling hunger pangs yesterday after being home 4 days. Not today...big breakfast then a bowl of Orville Redenbacher buttered popcorn for lunch 😐 It's a good thing I didn't have scales while I was away....all that flucuation up & down!
