Day 3 - sober October plus apple challenge of 128 exercise minutes per day - counting calories and I’ve finally had a scale shift in the right direction! The iFit treadmill is the perfect pandemic machine - I am “traveling” in my garage 😂
80.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 80.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
