Yes! Down a pound. I feel like I'm hovering around 180 which is one of my body's set points. Yesterday was 179.4 for I didn't record it. So glad the scale dropped this morning. One more gremlin defeated.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

yeah!!!!!! you go rowan!!!!! congrats! it is also a set point for me too i saw 179 for one day then back up again to 180.... but it was my own fault way to stick to it rowan enjoy your victory!
