What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Avocado Ice Cream

Lunch: Mixed with left over salad and Shirataki Noodle with Ponz dressing, Low-fat Cottage cheese and cinnamon powder

Dinner: Salad with Tempeh, Oven baked Chicken and Vegetables, and Nuts(no pic)
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
