I am down again today! I am starting to see changes in my body. Yesterday I wore a pair of capris that previously did not fit. Today I had to put a pin in the waist of my skirt that I am wearing to church. Now I have to be honest these are my FAT clothes that are starting to fit again. I am a long way from having my skinny clothes fit again. But at least I am seeing some real progress!
84.1 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks! I really feel rewarded when I step on the scale and see the loss, but gaining back some clothes to wear is great.
