Up a bit again. Camping last week. I planned and prepped but found myself caught in some stress and dealt with it poorly. I didn’t make good food choices and gave myself excuses to eat junk. Owning up to it and starting over today. Have a great week everyone.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
