I've been working out a lot more, so it's strange that I haven't had a bigger drop as of yet. 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️ Well a loss is a loss! 💪🏽😁
147.5 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There are other ways to see progress. Like Erq said, muscles are denser. If your clothes are getting looser, that’s fat loss❣️

Thank you so guys! 😊💕 My clothes are definitely looser, my arms, back and stomach are noticeably smaller as well. I was actually able to fit in my dress that I bought 4 years ago when I was smaller. 😁I'll have to start taking some full body photos. I haven't done that at all this year.😫

Not strange at all to not lose weight when exercising for a week. Trust me on this, I weigh my food all-the-time and I stick to CICO. When I workout my weight increases all the time. When you workout your body releases a stress hormone called cortisol and it causes you to gain water weight. You are still losing fat. I also gain water weight when I go over my FODmap threshold. Remember a gallon of water weighs over 8lbs. I have seen my weight increase 5-7 lbs easily in a day-2 days. I didn’t eat 20,000+ calories for it to go up that much, so... water weight. When I take a break from working out I have seen drops of that 5lbs as well as 2-3 more. As long as you are weighing your food, not using the measuring cup/spoons*, you should be fine. *breadcrumbs in 1/4 cup vs grams I found had more than 25 extra calories.
