Intermittent fasted six days 18 to 20 hours. Stayed under 50 carbs and 50 protein. And under 800 calories average per day. One 28 hour fast.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
