Thank you Jenny 🥰 I keep fluctuating. I know it's normal, but gets frustrating sometimes. I'm happy im back down again today though. My lady time of the month is coming up so I'm hoping it's some bloating that will drop after. 😊

I'm with you there Bree. I don't want to lose too fast either. Slow and steady is for me. I didn't gain it quickly, so I'm not expecting to lose quickly. Besides I'm trying to build muscle as I lose to counter act some of that pesky loose skin. 💪🏽😊💕

Curvaceous cutey, the same here. After four kids my tummy needs a lot of toning to tighten my skin. Our gym is still closed so I have to rely on home workouts. I really miss the gym.
