MIND GAMES ~ John Lennon

We're playing those mind games together,
Pushing barriers, planting seeds,
Playing the mind guerilla,
Chanting the Mantra peace on earth,
We all been playing mind games forever,
Some kinda druid dudes lifting the veil.
Doing the mind guerilla,
Some call it the search for the grail,
Love is the answer and you know that for sure,
Love is flower you got to let it, you got to let it grow,
So keep on playing those mind games together,
Faith in the future outta the now,
You just can't beat on those mind guerillas,
Absolute elsewhere in the stones of your mind,
Yeah we're playing those mind games forever,
Projecting our images in space and in time,
Yes is the answer and you know that for sure,
Yes is the surrender you got to let it, you got to let it go,
So keep on playing those mind games together,
Doing the ritual dance inn the sun,
Millions of mind guerrillas,
Putting their soul power to the karmic wheel,
Keep on playing those mind games forever,
Raising the spirit of peace and love, not war,
(I want you to make love, not war, I know you've heard it before)

Finding Peace on Earth and knowing it starts with finding peace within me:

From Gizmonel's (Nelson's) posting on the 5th of December I am inspired to work on identifying what makes me keep the weight of the world on my shoulders and by recognizing these things so I may break patterns and heal myself.

"Weight loss requires that I accept more challenges and/or responsibilities, so staying fat was a form of safety and a symptom of my laziness and disorganization. Okay, here lies My Truth as I am beginning to understand it. I over-eat or binge on unhealthy food when my life feels out of control or when I am distracted. When my life feels out of control my eating and exercise habits are out of control and visa versa. Thoughts are very powerful so I am learning to change my perception by creating tranquility by striving for good balance by appreciating the moment as I gain control over things I can change and live my life with love and accept the things I cannot change. I have a problem accepting the things I cannot change, I always feel like there should be a way to fix them even if its not possible.

I like you said "by creating tranquility by striving for good balance by appreciating the moment". Good balance and appreciate the moment..and having tranquility..Thanks for reminding us, Lisa. I appreciate every moment of the day. This journey is precious because it is with you. Have a happy Wednesday, Lisa!

And the process begins Lisa... Keep on going through the questions and you will find out some interesting things about yourself that has kept you from moving forward or removing that baggage (energy) from within your mind and body. Finding ways to control that inner hunger when things get crazy is half the battle and understanding ways to control the link between food and your life always play a roll. I will check back from time to time to see how those questions are coming. I got some ideas though... Start a list on a page. Two columns... One column write in what I am grateful for and in another column write in one action step that will get you closer to your goal and at bottom of page write down your victories for the day. Keep doing this until the page is full and you will now have a map of success you can look on to when things get rough in your mind. I did this and still get my clients to do this and it works because they carry the proof that they are succeeding in their pockets and any time they slip they read about their journey in point form on paper.

Sounds so great to write 1. in what I am grateful for and 2. in one action step that will get you closer to your goal and 3. your victories for the day. Daily reminder to choose to live with appreciation and with small victories from doable to do plans..I like Nelson's suggestion!

It is always interesting for me to hear what others have to say when they do these exercises and more then half the people do want to stay fat for quite a few reasons even though they say other wise. Its almost like digging up yourself from the dead... Seriously. I will make sure to send out more exercises slowly!
