Reached goal of under 240. Made it through pretty easily with OMD and IF. Did add 2 T Coconut Oil and sugar-free mini chips with erythritol for before bed snack.
108.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good to be reachable goals. I'd reward myself with hair service if my salon were open.

I did something like that once where I rewarded myself with a non food item for every 5 lbs i lost. Then when I got to my final goal my hubby took me on a trip. It's just to hard for me to look at the big goal. You have to Celebrate every success!
