ok, kind of out of my 'dumpies' from yesterday a little. I mostly moped around, ate a lot (of foods within my plan), was sooooo tempted to go out and get stuff not on my plan but I didn't, slept a lot. But at least this morning I feel a bit better. And was happy to see the slight drop on the IT box. I didn't jump up and down though. I'm trying not to let IT control how I feel or react. Sometimes that is easier said than done. But Hey I know I am keeping with my plan so that is the main thing.
Today is PV (protein & veggie) day. I've gotten to really like my oatmeal in the morning now and maybe that is one thing I left out yesterday morning (had it in the afternoon). On this plan at this stage (stage 2) I am to have 2 Tablespoons of Oat Bran per day. I add a little monk fruit (allowed sweetener) and a lot of cinnamon. Mix with a little hot water and it is yum first thing in the morning.
Today I have a bone density test & a mammogram so I'll be out for a bit. I am going to have to exhibit a lot of resistance to all the temptations out there. I pass a lot of places I would stop at in my past to grab a No-No on my plan. So lately that is what I say out loud as I pass them, "NO-NO....not today", good thing I'll be in the only one in the car!
