ALLL Righty Then, the IT Box shows a down number :-) Of course I would rather it be more down, but hey I'll take it! I'm feeling good and so glad I did not give in to temptation & cravings yesterday and the day before and the day before that....ok you get my drift!
Today is PV day of the Dukan Plan, Day #17 since I started. On August 30 I was 166.8, today 160.6 (end of July I was 168.6 and had been up into the 170s before that). Its been fluctuating up/down& all around throughout the month. I'm just amazed about how good I feel. I really like this plan so far. Telling myself I will NOT eat 'fake' food (like NO to cheezits instead of real cheese, but I haven't eaten cheese on this plan so far) also, not having alcohol & I'm taking vitamins and I'm not in the stressful job I was before, but I do need a part time job! I know I will be in store for some BIG temptations the end of this month. My BFF (like a sister to me) will be coming in for 3 weeks and she loves to go out to eat and also have snacks. I cannot eat just ONE (chip). So I have to be STRONG for ME and just say "no" to anyONE. I think I can do it but again it will be a challenge. I know she will say I don't need to loose anymore weight and that one (of whatever) won't hurt and I can go back on my diet after she leaves and, and, and it will go on and on BUT I just have to remember I am doing this for ME for MY body and what others say and do is really none of my business and I need to keep STRONG :-) AND most importantly REMEMBER how I feel right now! Even though I go up/down& all around in my moods and weight, I basically feel better now than I do when I indulge in the fake food & alcohol. SO REMEMBER!!!!
