ok with a week of up/downs & all arounds, in the weight scene and also my personal life issues, I feel good today. Just a bit down but up from my previous 'grumpy smurfette' syndrome so that is good. At least the IT box shows a slight loss, now IT shows 161, which is ok. I looked at the past 7 days to see the average and it is 161.8 (161.8, 161.2, 161.2, 163.2, 162.4, 161.4, 161.6 / 7 = 161.8). I'll get to my goal sooner or later, but I will get there this time! The big thing will be to stay there! The plan I am doing; The Dukan Diet Plan, looks like it will be a good life long plan for me and so far I like it. Of course I miss some things that I am not allowed on the plan, BUT I try to talk to myself and ask ME, "is it worth it?" I look at that both ways, is it worth eating the junk or drinking the alcohol that is not on my plan, the instant 'gratification' only to have the inevitable guilt and let down & pounds UP (probably to give up & continue to indulge), the answer is NO. And then the other way to look at it; is it worth watching what I eat, eat foods & drink that is fueling my body and helping heal me, the answer is YES I AM Worth it :-) Taking it one day and sometimes one moment at a time :-)
