I am pleased to have another loss this week. I have lost 4 weeks in a row. They have not been super large losses however they have been consistent. I have gone down 3.4 pounds in 4 weeks. I like that it is steady with no major swings. Five weeks ago when I gained it was 0.4 lb and then before that it was 5 weeks of going down. I do not aim for dramatic drops because I find they come with equally dramatic gains! Slow and steady, that's me!!

I continue to slowly sell a number of items around the place with the help of the lady who is doing all the posting. It is nice to see that this job is getting done! This week I worked two days in the landfill office. While at the landfill office, I was able to go through 4 boxes of my old photos in between checking people in and out of the dump. I have been putting the photo job off for almost a full year, so it is nice to be making some headway on it. Today I am off to town for a Women Shelter policy committee. This week was fairly busy with leaving home - I have been gone 4 days out of 7. Quite unusual for me.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 37.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
