I ate late last night. And I didn't get much sleep. I've noticed that sleep has been playing a big role in my weight loss.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
