I’m new here! Plz I need motivation! I’m diabetic and overweight. Plus my depression meds make me want to eat and eat. Also, I have herniated discs in my back. Plzzzz help. I’m 36, 2 teenage kids, newly married to my childhood sweetheart...I’m tired of feeling like crap! Exercises, meal prep, anything will help. Thanks!

jmramage - Actually all of the things that you listed would be of so much help. Do consult with your doctor to make sure that you are healthy enough for exercise. My best recommendation is calorie counting AKA CICO (Calorie in / Calorie out) To lose weight, make sure that you're burning more than you are taking in. This community can be pretty great for support.
