Well I’m surprised I lost this week. I was only able to work out 1hr one day and about 15 min before going to ER with my Kidney Stone issue.. I was hoping for more honestly because that entire day in the hospital I had nothing at all but IV... but I’m thankful . The stent in my ureter will remain until Thursday... so less strenuous workouts like upper body will have to do.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
