Still just bumping along from 133 to 136. Would like to get down to 130, but can't stay out of the nuts! That's my go to snack. MIL is doing ok, but losing ground mentally all the time. Really confused yesterday, but it was cloudy and rainy so that makes her worse. But not combative, so I'll take it. Hope you all are doing good.

Try more protein filled snacks. Helps with cravings. Higher protein means more satiation
