ok, just a quick update. Friday I stayed PP yesterday & today I"m PV ( PP=pure protein and PV= Protein plus veggies) So far so good! I resisted ice cream birthday cake (had no fat Greek yogurt with cinnamon, oat bran, and a little monk fruit). Also resisted the beer for this weekend so far :-) and no other alcohol in the house! So I am going to 'keep on keeping on' my woe & wol plan. Tomorrow I'll do the alternate days PP then PV "Cruise" phase of the D-Plan (Dukan Diet).
AND no, no reply from the "ghost" but thats ok, I can't let his actions or lack of action dictate my feelings and my inner peace :-) I may write him a letter, but not yet, maybe in a month. I think that is something I probably need to do mostly for me then him but I don't think right now is the time. For now I am rereading a little book by Sonia Ricotti https://soniaricotti.com/ called The Law of Attraction Plain and Simple which I got from the library. I found it so insightful and uplifting when I have negative feeling that I purchased my own copy & read a little each day to help get me on the positive side!
