Cb27713 thank you!! Only took me 7 weeks to lose what I gained back 😅 lol I love mindful eating and IF! Together they make for a much healthier happier life 😌 Now I have to get back into my routine of working out too. Having three children distance learning has really thrown me off the last two weeks. 😬 I'm just happy the lack of exercise hasn't had an impact on weight/inches lost. You can do it too!! Keep it up! We are in this together 🙂💪
