It's nice to eat a less traditional meal for weight loss & go down a little 😊 Sliced steak on a bun & buttered corn on the cob. I eat Smart Balance spread made from olive oil instead of traditional butter on most things. It's a little less in calories and I've learned a tsp. can go a long way. And I had Red Velvet cake for dessert, but only 1/4 of the piece. One serving was supposed to be 1/2.

Rain today. Ran errands....library & Walmart. No afternoon walk.

Pork chops & saurkraut planned for dinner. Maybe carrots on the side. I can cook them all in the oven 😊

Such super portion control. And that is where I struggle most... I often eat "boring" because it is hard to stop eating what is so tasty.
