Hey, not too bad. Keeping a 2,200 calorie intake, walking over 10,000 steps per week average and trying to increase my water consumption.

I was doing Chloe Ting ab challenge but the wifey didn’t like the idea of me working out while watching her. I’ll be on the lookout for some other workout partner. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

@newname yes I finally finished it a couple of weeks ago. I may start it back up but Chloe Ting had quite a few 10 minute challenges that were quick to get done. I may go back to P90 😳
