😞So frustrated the moment. Weightloss has stalled the last 2 weeks...if not gaining. Even my bowel movements has stalled...sorry TMI. Could be why am gaining amd not losing weight. One positive is my blood sugar levels are controlled 😄 which I suppose is the most important thing. I need to push reset and start being a bit stricter again. Some articles say I am eating too much calories, other's say too little calories, not enough fats or I need to get moving🤷. Still determined but just need to adjust my focus again.
143.8 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 43.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
