It's been a day but here goes:
Night 9: 9:20 pill then got ready...Voltaren Gel - Knees, R Ankle, Top of Feet, and TOES, spritz bed linens with Lavender Mist, Sleep lotion on arms and chest, mug of Good Night Tea, White Flower on low back and hips, Lavender oil in diffuser.
11:30 bed, but twenty minutes later still tossing & turning for groin pain.
12:35 - L knee & shin
3:55 - GROIN, HIPS, R calf
6:05 until 8:20 - Fighting the pain, George and Missy to stay in bed.

Shower, REAL clothes & shoes, and out the door to get my driver's side mirror replaced. Impressed with how well I did: first with taking my work with me, and how quickly they got me done. second with picking up cat food and lunch while I was out. third with bringing it all in the house unassisted!

Sorry you are suffering so much - especially when it's time to be asleep! Are you taking anything to help you sleep (besides all the other good things you are doing to relax), or anything for the pain?
