Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise
No walk this evening. Did exercise bike for 30 minutes and arm exercises for 15.
Macros 8/79/13; calories 2205; net carbs 29.52; fiber 17.5. Remembered to take my meds today -- yay for me! Way too many calories today though.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
