It’s paying off. Never feel bloated. No grains works well for me. Still walking daily. Happy with the results so far. 3 weeks complete with 1 cheat day with pizza last week. Next goal. 3 more week. Let’s see the results by Sept. 8th. 1st day back to school.
81.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
