Week 1: Night 7: 9:35 pill, 10:55 bed, 11:30-12:55 Toss & Turn - pelvis tight, R Hip, R Calf, tops of both feet on FIRE!!!,
1:05 up, remake bed, Pelvis, both knees ache, lil asshole with cocktail sword having a field day on my right ankle,
3:35 up, Sharp pain in either Hip when I tried laying on that side, pelvis constricted, L goin when trying to straighten leg, burning R Calf, and TOES, SCIATICA L side, both knees aching.
5:10 remake bed, GRRR...

7 a.m. snooze alarm until 7:40! Almost like "normal" except not going to the office.

Sister drove me to Simon Med for x-rays. 1st location had 11 people waiting ahead of us, and after the 1st 8 were in their tiny lobby, the rest of us were out in the corridor. A guy managed to ask one of the Techs what was going on and the guy said no one was checked in, so he had no idea! GOTTA LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He did mention there were two other locations that were open, so we left!
118.2 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have Fibromyalgia...this sounds like some things I go through. hope you feel better soon.
