well,as long as I keep my carbs in check,right now losing little by little. Yesterday with a bit of willpower,went out had a souvlaki meal the meat and salad.Did not eat rice or fries.
Still lost one lb this morning.So I am pleased up
till now.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
