2wks no grains, flour minimal sugar Allowed some sugar and fruit in as I felt weak Weight loss no but inches yes....got into Size med (tight) and 1 pair of size 12. Progress for sure. Still walking daily but need to get the strength training in again. Did some yesterday. Feeling great. When I’m hungry I’m hungry but otherwise no. Treated myself to pizza today. It tasted so good but I felt the gluten in my belly after I ate it and the next day too
