ok well I do weigh myself everyday (habit cannot break and since I'm 66 it is to late to change, lol) Anyway, I wasn't going to post each point loss/change, but hey decided I would anyway, as long as I am following my woe and feeling good and there is a loss lol, I will post it. If I go off my woe, I probably won't be here for awhile since that is what I normally do when I go off my woe & wol. SOOOOOO, I figure I really NEED to be here as much as I can, at least a few times a week. Just to check in and help KEEP me straight!
I'm feeling good, I did eat more fruit again yesterday. Last night & early morning I couldn't sleep so I indulged in frozen strawberries. I think I did ok and it did satisfy my sweet tooth and craving, I did want more but resisted.
This morning I got up and almost didn't do any exercise but pushed myself to get up & out before the heat of the day sets in and rode my bike to and over our new bridge. I am so glad I did. Next time though I think I'll try to get out at least a 1/2 hour earlier since the sun was really beating down on my way home.
Still have some other "issues" in my life but I have to let those go, since right now I do not have control on some aspects and if I overthink it or get depressed because of it, that will only hurt me more and WHY would I hurt myself. As someone here mentioned to me before, "be kind to yourself".
