Did not exercise yesterday,due to leg problems
Today had to go slow,managed to do 4500 steps. Tired,no energy
Made supper-small salad,1 sausage 1 PC. of smoked salmon.. had to stop,will eat rest later..
95.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
