Fasting blood sugar 104; weight 174.5; blood pressure 122/64
Plan for day: continue Keto/IF/exercise. Gardening for 1 hour before breakfast this morning. No walk this evening. Macros 13/62/25; calories 1485; net carbs 29.73; fiber 17.55. Bedtime glucose 90. Decided to eat some mozzarella cheese at bedtime. I would like to see how low that glucose drops overnight but these below 100 numbers are not something I'm used to yet and don't know how far I can trust my body not to drop too low overnight. It does mess up my intermittent fasting to eat later than 5:00 pm.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
