Fasting blood sugar 118; weight 175.6; blood pressure 130/70. Plan for the day: continue IF/Keto/exercise Update: Did walk a mile today. I took my morning meds but forgot all the rest until bedtime. My bedtime glucose was 135 so I think I have got it headed in the right direction at last, especially with forgetting to take lunch and supper meds. (metformin and glipizide) Makes me think I might eventually get to drop one or both. That's enough to keep me on this keto/intermittent fasting track.
