The scale is back going the good way. I feel far more confident in continuing to eat better. I've been finding ways to reduce my sugar intake while still indulging my sweet tooth. I found a no sugar added vanilla ice cream that actually tastes good. something like 7 grams of sugar per serving vs the 24 or more grams in regular ice cream. My revised goal is roughly 1600 calories a day and less than 100 total grams of sugar per day(not free sugar like the stuff you add to make stuff sweet but total sugar in everything including naturally occurring stuff.) So yeah, only 110 pounds to go for my long term goal lol
140.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 50.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good plan, Mitch! May I suggest you also track your sodium intake? Medical daily recommendations are less than 2400mg - about a teaspoon per day. I noticed you have had days of 13,000mg+ (please stop eating bouillon cubes!). Just a healthy suggestion. :)
