Losing 2.1 kg a Week

Well I kick started my diet again. I took a month off eating pretty much what-ever I wanted but keeping it down to 2000-2800 calories. I was 269 and over the month gained back to 274.8. So over the last two weeks I cut back down to 2000 calories and this past week to average 1600 calories. Result is over the last two weeks I lost weight down to 267.2. Hopefully this will have to be the last kick start until I hit my goal. However, I think it will be at least once more.
