So yesterday had some simple carbs. Not much but rich in sugar and fat and flavor. It seems I awake every night hungry even though I have had enough calories during the day. I am still intermittent fasting most days til after noon. Right now at around 11:00 on Saturday I am satisfied with black coffee. Maybe a sip of black coffee in the middle of the night would combat the hunger. I almost never give into the hunger because I don't think I need the food nutritionally and I don't want to brush my teet again. I did see a small win on the scale this morning. Ounces add to pounds over time. 👍
