A few days into the low carb diet and lost inches not lbs... can't do much exercise- sprained ankle and hip op have to be taken into account- so walking is being done some days
80.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
