Ahhhh carbs. They are not the enemy. The way it's looking if I decide to compete in the powerlifting competition on Aug. 26th I should make weight. My strength is up and weight is down. That's a very good thing!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
